We strive to make every transaction smooth and deliver premium-quality products. Each item goes through strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on products once purchased.
However, in case you receive:
- A wrong product, or
- A product with a genuine manufacturing defect
We will resolve the issue by offering:
- A replacement, or
- Store Credit (no bank/UPI/card refunds)
Important: 48-Hour Reporting Window
You must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:
- Order number
- Date of delivery
- Clear product images
- Packaging images
- Mandatory unboxing video (from sealed package opening)
Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review.
Resolution Process
- Our team will review your request within 48 working hours
- Once verified, we will provide a replacement or store credit, as applicable
- The product must remain unused, unwashed, and in original condition until resolution
Snyvia reserves the right to determine the final resolution based on verification.
No Refund Policy
- We do not offer monetary refunds to bank accounts, UPI, cards, or wallets
- All eligible cases are resolved via:
- Replacement, or
- Store Credit only
Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and processed
- If you have entered incorrect details (size, color, address), contact us immediately
- Changes can only be made before order processing
Important Notes
- All products pass multiple quality checks before dispatch
- Claims after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
- Requests without proper proof (images + unboxing video) will not be processed
- Snyvia holds the sole discretion to approve or reject any request
