We strive to make every transaction smooth and deliver premium-quality products. Each item goes through strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on products once purchased.

However, in case you receive:

  • A wrong product, or
  • A product with a genuine manufacturing defect

We will resolve the issue by offering:

  • A replacement, or
  • Store Credit (no bank/UPI/card refunds)

Important: 48-Hour Reporting Window

You must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Date of delivery
  • Clear product images
  • Packaging images
  • Mandatory unboxing video (from sealed package opening)

Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review.

Resolution Process

  • Our team will review your request within 48 working hours
  • Once verified, we will provide a replacement or store credit, as applicable
  • The product must remain unused, unwashed, and in original condition until resolution

Snyvia reserves the right to determine the final resolution based on verification.

No Refund Policy

  • We do not offer monetary refunds to bank accounts, UPI, cards, or wallets
  • All eligible cases are resolved via:
    • Replacement, or
    • Store Credit only

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and processed
  • If you have entered incorrect details (size, color, address), contact us immediately
  • Changes can only be made before order processing

Important Notes

  • All products pass multiple quality checks before dispatch
  • Claims after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
  • Requests without proper proof (images + unboxing video) will not be processed
  • Snyvia holds the sole discretion to approve or reject any request
