Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase.

Snyvia reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

An order shall be considered confirmed only after successful payment (where applicable) and acceptance by Snyvia.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways available on our website.

Snyvia does not store complete debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only at eligible locations within India.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Snyvia offers shipping across India and selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to operational, courier, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance charges, or other local government fees imposed by the destination country.

6. Returns, Replacements & Store Credit

Returns, replacements, and Store Credit are governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy.

As our products undergo multiple quality checks before dispatch, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Eligible claims involving verified wrong products, manufacturing defects, or transit damage will be reviewed in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Approved claims will be resolved through Replacement or Store Credit only.

Snyvia does not provide monetary refunds to bank accounts, UPI, debit cards, credit cards, wallets, or any other payment method.

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to size, fit, colour preference, or change of mind.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be modified or cancelled only before they are processed for dispatch.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If you have entered incorrect delivery information, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before your order is dispatched.
